2. Longitudinal: This is because the longitudinal tension of the plastic film is greater than the transverse tension. Solution: Increase the pressure of the left and right film wheels, reduce the clamping force of the film rolls, and reduce the trekking speed of the set appropriately.
3. Tilt:The reason is to draw the bow | when the unit failed to travel in a straight line, or left and right pressure film wheel pressure is different. Solution: Improve the operation technology level, make the unit straight trekking; adjust the two film pressure wheels.
4. Film skew:Due to the unit failed to straighten traveling, or membrane roll installation is not appropriate. Membrane roll itself winding uneven formation. Solution: The film roll from the head to the front, and the set of straight trekking; the set should be uniform speed. Straight line traveling; check the membrane roll, replace when needed.
5. Film pressure wheel can not press the film:This is because the unit is not traveling correctly. If the width of the film does not match the boundary surface, the film itself has poor winding quality, it should be solved according to the specific situation. Make its pressure uniform and common.
6. Rolling edge after laying film. Both sides are broken: For the crimping, the pressure of the pressure wheel should be increased, the deflection angle of the mulching shovel should be reduced, and the distance between the mulching shovel and the mulch should be adjusted. If there is a broken film phenomenon, the pressure of two pressure film wheels should be reduced, and check the quality of Shidi.
