When equipment such as flat-labeling machines and wrapping machines is sold overseas, installation, commissioning, and technical support are the top concerns for buyers. Our overseas service team can provide on-site services to customers in multiple countries and regions. These services are not free, but our pricing is transparent and calculated based on actual labor and travel costs.
The service process is as follows: Once our flat-labeling or wrapping machines arrive at your factory, we will dispatch personnel to install and commission them; please notify us one week in advance. We will determine the departure date and itinerary based on the engineer’s availability and your location. Before the engineer departs, we will confirm whether you have met the installation requirements, such as power supply, compressed air supply, floor leveling, and lifting equipment. If these conditions are not met, we will advise you to prepare them in advance to prevent the engineer from being unable to work upon arrival.

Upon the engineer’s arrival, they will first unpack and inventory the equipment to verify that all components and accessories are present. They will then position the equipment, level it, connect the piping, and wire the electrical circuits. Next, they will power on the machine for commissioning, running it idle to check that all functions operate normally. Once the idle run is confirmed, they will conduct a test run using the raw materials you have prepared, adjusting parameters until the machine produces products. During the trial run, your operators and maintenance personnel are welcome to participate throughout the process. The engineer will provide on-site training, teaching them how to operate the equipment, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot common issues.
Once commissioning is complete, the engineer will leave you a copy of the key operating procedures and maintenance recommendations. If any issues arise later, please contact our after-sales service team first to attempt a resolution via video. For issues that cannot be resolved via video, we will arrange a second on-site visit by an engineer. For each on-site service visit, we will provide a quotation in advance, including: labor costs (calculated on a daily basis), round-trip travel expenses (airfare or train tickets reimbursed based on actual costs), and local accommodation and transportation expenses (reimbursed based on actual costs). We will proceed only after you confirm the quotation. Spare parts are purchased separately, with prices based on the “Spare Parts Price List,” and shipping costs are billed separately.

We provide service worldwide. For regions without resident engineers, we will dispatch engineers from China. While travel time may be slightly longer, we can still arrange for service. English is the working language.
We do not offer free services, nor do we require annual contracts. You may choose between one-time services or long-term partnerships based on your actual needs. Each service visit delivers clear results: equipment is properly calibrated, personnel are trained, and issues are resolved. We do not make empty service promises; we provide only tangible on-site commissioning and repair services.
