The equipment can handle plates with a maximum width of 1300mm and can meet the film coating requirements for large - format materials. Its core advantage lies in its specific design for thin plates. Through the precise inclined structure of the conveying rollers and the pneumatic pressing system, in combination with precise tension control, it can stably adhere to thin substrates starting from 2.5mm, effectively preventing board deformation or film wrinkling.
It is especially suitable for the surface treatment of thin wood veneers, thin PVC boards, and other lightweight materials.
