What is a cold laminating machine used for?
The cold gluing laminator is a machine for flat laminating PVC, woodgrain paper and decorative paper films to sheets. It uses cold gluing technology, i.e. glue that does not require heating, to firmly bond the film to the sheet.

The steps for flat laminating PVC film using a cold gluer are usually as follows:
Preparation: Prepare the sheet to be laminated by ensuring that its surface is flat, clean and dust free.
Prepare the PVC film: Cut the PVC film to the appropriate size to cover the entire surface of the sheet, making sure to leave some margin around the edges of the film.
Adjust machine settings: According to the thickness of the sheet and PVC film, adjust the parameters of the cold gluing machine such as pressure and laminating speed to ensure the best laminating effect.
Laminating process: The PVC film is placed on the sheet and then the PVC film and sheet are fed into the machine through the conveyor of the cold gluing and laminating machine. Rollers and pressure devices in the machine will evenly spread the cold adhesive on the contact surfaces of the PVC film and the sheet, and then press them together tightly.
Inspection and trimming: After the lamination is completed, the lamination is checked for effectiveness and flatness of the edges. If required, the edges can be trimmed using a cutting tool to make them flush with the sheet.
Cold gluing and laminating machine can provide efficient, even and stable laminating effect, and it does not need to be heated, which reduces the heat sensitivity to the material. It is widely used in furniture manufacturing, building decoration and other fields for laminating PVC films onto various sheets to provide a rich surface decoration effect.
