How to laminate HPL with PET?
Using a flat laminator to apply PET film to sheets is a common operation. But applying PET film to HPL is very rare on the market nowadays because of the high technical requirements for both equipment and operators.

Preparation: Make sure the surface of the fireproof skin is clean and flat and remove any dust or impurities.
Preparation of the PET film: Place the PET film on the laminator and inflate the air expansion shaft to fix the web
Adjust the laminator: Adjust the temperature and speed of the laminator according to the size and thickness of the PET film. Usually, PET film needs higher temperature and moderate pressure to ensure good adhesion.
Hot melt adhesive treatment: Firstly, put the HPL into the gluing machine, HESSAN's gluing machine saves adhesive and rolls evenly, which will help the PET film to be bonded.
Using the Flat Laminator: Feed the HPL and PET film together into the flat laminator. The laminator will apply pressure to bond the film to the skin.
Inspection and Trimming: Take out the laminated HPL and check if there are any air bubbles or wrinkles.
