Sheet Preparation: Prepare the sheets to be laminated, ensuring that their surfaces are flat, clean and dust-free, and that the dimensions of the sheets meet the requirements.
Glue Preparation: Select a suitable cold glue and proportion and mix it according to the glue supplier's recommendations. Make sure the quality and viscosity of the glue is suitable for the laminating operation.
Adjustment of machine settings: Adjust the parameters of the cold gluing and laminating machine, such as roll coating thickness, speed and pressure, according to the size and requirements of the sheet. The settings of these parameters may vary depending on the machine model and glue type.
