About Machine
This is our high speed PUR profile wrapping machine using pur hot melt glue.
It can be used for wrapping pvc/pp film, cpl and veneer on profile of wood, wpc and aluminum. The pur profile wrapping machine include two types dust cleaners to clean off and remove particles and dust you can find on the profile, primmer, preheating lamp in order to have the right temperature for the profiles before application, pur melter for feeding the glue on the slot nozzle. Slot nozzle for coating glue into the foils, unwinding shaft for foils, quick-change wrapping unit and it use plc control. Maximum speed can be 25m per minute
