This machine using the PUR gluing system which is specialized in different kind materials adhesive. It can design the wrapping veneer, PVC, Paper, PET etc for different kinds profile like aluminum, MDF, optionally PVC, WPC etc. Feature of creating the smooth beautiful surface. It will be the ideal equipment for door, construal material, furniture frame etc.

Our PUR wrapping machine is re-designed, which can be divided into 2 parts. One is gluing unit and the other is pressing unit. As for pressing unit, it takes so much time to ajust the pressing wheels for one shape of profile. Customer had to stop the machine to adjust the wheels in the past. for enhance the efficiency, after one type of profile wrapping are finished, another isolated pressing unit can be changed to connect the glue unit and go on working for another type of profile without longtime adjustment.
